I worked as an Admin Assistant in a manufacturing company for 4 years where I learned most of the skills that I have. I also did tasks under recruitment and did a lot of data entry within the Quality Assurance Department. I also got the chance to handle a team which provides assurance of quality raw materials in the Laboratory Section. I also worked as a CSR in a BPO Company handling pure voice telco account for 6 months where I gained a lot of knowledge in customer service.
